Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Control Recruiter to join our dynamic team. At the expert level, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier professionals in the fields of instrumentation and control engineering. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their specific technical needs and delivering exceptional talent to meet project requirements.

You will leverage your deep understanding of the instrumentation and control industry to identify candidates with niche skills, assess their qualifications, and manage the hiring process from start to finish. This includes developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and recruit expert-level instrumentation and control professionals.
  2. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
  3. Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including technical skill evaluations.
  4. Develop tailored recruitment strategies for specialized roles.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project and skill requirements.
  6. Manage the entire hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in technical recruitment, specifically in instrumentation and control.
  2. In-depth industry knowledge and understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple hiring projects efficiently.

Expertise

  1. Professional Degree/Certification Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Engineering (Professional Instrumentation, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering), or a related field. Certifications in talent acquisition or recruitment are also valuable.
  2. Advanced Courses/Continued Education Additional courses or certifications in instrumentation and control systems, recruitment strategies, or talent management.
  3. Industry-Professional Experience Minimum 7 + years of experience recruiting in the field of instrumentation and control systems or in technical/engineering recruitment.
  4. Specific Technical Skills/Proficiencies Knowledge of instrumentation and control engineering roles, technical terminology, and understanding of industry requirements.
  5. Past Job Roles and Duration Experience in similar recruitment roles with a proven record of hiring for technical and engineering positions related to control systems.
  6. Hands-On Technical Skills or Software Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other technical recruiting tools. Familiarity with engineering software tools and databases.
  7. Achievements and Recognitions Awards or recognitions in recruiting for engineering roles or achieving recruitment targets in a technical field.
