We are looking for a Senior Instrumentation and Control Senior Technician to join our team in United Arab Emirates.
This role is crucial to support our mission at First Servtech Technical Services LLC and drive excellence within the Department.
Job Responsibilities
Leading the team, perform PM/CM activities, Calibration, Validation/Verification of instruments, Troubleshooting & rectification, Reporting, Support dewatering works, Site coordination with DEWA water operation dept., attend emergency calls, Risk assignment, Safety, Housekeeping etc.
Requirements:
Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills & Team management skills.
The confidence to respond positively when under pressure;
The ability and desire to keep up-to-date with technological developments in the field.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of all type of pressure, flow,
Temperature and level instruments
He should be able to perform Calibration of instruments/Validation/Verification of instruments (MOV, FT,
PT, and WQA & LT).
Job assigned by PM/Clint engineer related to PM/CM activities.
Cable laying, glanding and termination of instrumentation cables.
Calibration of field Instruments like Transmitter & Gauges for Pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature.
Qualifications:
Must be a Diploma in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering and have at least 3-5 years’
experience in UAE/ Middle-East of trouble shooting, and conducting
Preventive and Corrective maintenance of process field
instrument, mandatory with UAE valid license

- Industry Professional Experience Minimum 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation and control systems in industries like oil and gas, manufacturing, or power generation.
- Hands-On Technical Skills Strong skills in using diagnostic tools, testing instruments, and software used for control system troubleshooting.
- Achievements and Recognitions Any awards or recognitions for excellence in instrumentation and control maintenance, successful project completions, or safety achievements.
- Professional Degree/Certification Diploma or associate degree in Instrumentation, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in instrumentation technology or process control are highly preferred.
- Advanced Courses/Continued Education Completion of advanced training or certifications in instrumentation and control systems, such as PLC programming or SCADA systems.
